Bahasa Indonesia: Dalam bahasa Cina, Dimsum berarti 'menyentuh hati'. Dimsum berkaitan erat dengan tradisi 'Yum Cha' (menikmati teh) di Tiongkok. Porsi kecilnya dirancang hanya untuk menyentuh hati, bukan memuaskan nafsu makan, dan karena itu Dimsum pada awalnya dinikmati sebagai camilan. Tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu, sekarang Dimsum menjadi bagian penting dari budaya Tiongkok. |
