Description
English: A chart of the top reported ancestries in the US, as provided by the 2000 census. Shaded color represents the largest number of respondents (a plurality) from sample. Areas with the largest "American" ancestry populations were mostly settled by Germans, English, Italians, French, Welsh, Scottish and Irish. (Above explanatory text originally by users Quasipalm and W.marsh.)
