Català: Allioli fet amb oli d'oliva, all i una punta de sal. Fet a mà al morter.
Français : L'allioli est une sauce Valenciano que l'on fait traditionnalement à la maison, au mortier ou avec un mixeur, et l'on n'utilise que huile d'olive vierge (un verre, voir plus...), deux gousses d'ail epluchées et eventuellement une pincée de sel. Sa couleur depend du type d'huile d'olive utilisé, il peut être plus foncé ou plus clair, plutôt jaune ou parfois un peu verdatre (vert comme les olives). |
