Deutsch: Sphinkterimplantat / Sphinkterprothese der Urethra bei einer Frau. Darstellung in der Computertomographie (coronar): Rechts neben der Blase mit Kreis markiert (links im Bild) das intrapelvine Reservoir und unter der Blase mit Rechteck markiert die Manschette um die Urethra. Die Verbindungsschläuche zur Pumpe sind in dieser Schicht nicht zu sehen. Bei der Frau war zusätzlich noch reichlich freie intraabdominelle Flüssigkeit oberhalb der Blase nachweisbar (blauer Stern). |
