DescriptionArcuate fasciculus dissection and tractography.png
English: Arcuate fasciculus dissection and tractography. (A) The dissection of the arcuate fasciculus, pictured from the left hemisphere. (B) The tractography is generated by applying generalized deterministic fiber tracking to the grid sampling data with quantitative anisotropy filtering. Although the images are from different subjects, remarkably consistent structures can be observed in both images, including the branching tracks to the prefrontal cortex and temporal gyrus.
