Summary

Description

I was lucky to have very thin fillets. Local fishermen call this fish "surmai". After a quick search on the Web I came to know that in English it's called Indo-Pacific king mackerel or seer fish. It's a sea fish.

I bought a kg from Mangalwar Bazaar (Solapur) for just Rs. 50.
