Odisha

Odisha is an Indian state located in the eastern part of the country. It is surrounded by the states of West Bengal to the north-east, Jharkhand to the north, Chhattisgarh to the west and north-west, and Andhra Pradesh to the south. History

Odisha has a history spanning a period of over 5,000 years. The region was known as Kalinga in ancient times and was the site of the bloody Kalinga War in 261 BCE.
