The company started with a small production facility in Gothenburg, Sweden, and it has grown to become the largest ice cream manufacturer in the country.

Some of the company's most popular products include the Piggelin, a pear-flavored popsicle, and the Sandwich, an ice cream sandwich made with soft chocolate chip cookies. GB Glace is also known for its seasonal and limited-edition flavors, which often reflect traditional Swedish tastes and ingredients.
