Charles Louis Fleischmann[edit]

Charles Louis Fleischmann (November 3, 1835 – December 10, 1897) was a Hungarian-American businessman and inventor. He is best known for co-founding the Fleischmann Yeast Company, which revolutionized the baking industry.
