Nigerian Breweries Plc is the pioneer and largest brewing company in Nigeria. It was founded on November 16, 1946, under the name Nigerian Brewery Limited. The company is a subsidiary of Heineken N.V., a Dutch brewing company, and it is listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

History

Nigerian Breweries was established as a result of the merger between Nigerian Brewery Limited and Consolidated Breweries Limited in 1946.
