Green Bay

Green Bay is a city in the state of Wisconsin, United States. It is the county seat of Brown County and is located at the head of Green Bay, a sub-basin of Lake Michigan. History

Green Bay was first visited by European explorers in the 17th century. Jean Nicolet is credited with being the first European to reach the area in 1634. The city was originally a trading post and has grown significantly over the centuries. It was incorporated as a city in 1854.
