Upper Darby Township is a home rule municipality in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located just west of Philadelphia and is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Upper Darby is known for its diverse population, historic sites, and cultural landmarks.
History
Upper Darby Township was settled in 1653 by Swedish immigrants and was incorporated in 1736.
