Student Osteopathic Medical Association (SOMA) is a national, student-led organization dedicated to promoting osteopathic medicine, increasing awareness of health care issues, and serving the community through education and outreach. SOMA operates under the larger umbrella of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), which represents doctors of osteopathic medicine (DOs) in the United States.
