Wyckoff, New Jersey is a township located in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As part of the New York metropolitan area, it is situated approximately 27 miles northwest of Manhattan. History

Wyckoff was originally inhabited by the Lenape Native Americans before Dutch settlers arrived in the early 18th century to establish farms. The area was part of the larger New Netherland colony. In 1720, the area that is now Wyckoff was officially recognized as part of Franklin Township after breaking away from Saddle River Township. It was named after the Wyckoff family, who were among the early settlers. The township was officially incorporated on November 2, 1926, from portions of Franklin Township under the Township Act of 1899 of the New Jersey Legislature.
