Casa Noble is a brand of premium tequila produced in Mexico. The company was founded in the late 1700s, and it is one of the few tequila-producing enterprises in Mexico that can claim such a long history. Casa Noble is known for its commitment to sustainable and organic farming practices, and it is one of the few tequila brands that is certified organic by the USDA.

History

The history of Casa Noble dates back to the 18th century when the company was founded by a Spanish nobleman. The company has been producing tequila for over 200 years, making it one of the oldest tequila producers in Mexico. The company was originally known as the "Casa Noble" because of its noble heritage and the high quality of its tequila.

Production

Casa Noble tequila is made from 100% blue agave plants, which are grown in the company's own fields in the region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave plants are harvested by hand and then cooked in traditional stone ovens for 38 hours. The cooked agave is then crushed and fermented, and the resulting juice is distilled three times to produce a smooth, high-quality tequila.

Products

Casa Noble produces a range of tequila products, including Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo tequilas. The Blanco tequila is unaged and has a pure, clean taste. The Reposado is aged for 364 days in French white oak barrels, giving it a smooth, rich flavor. The Añejo is aged for two years, resulting in a tequila with a deep, complex flavor.

Awards and recognition

Casa Noble has received numerous awards and recognition for its tequila. The company's Añejo tequila was awarded a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and its Reposado and Blanco tequilas have also received high ratings from critics.

Sustainability

Casa Noble is committed to sustainable and organic farming practices. The company is one of the few tequila brands that is certified organic by the USDA. Casa Noble also uses a water recycling system and a composting program to reduce its environmental impact.
