Medial Cutaneous Nerve of Arm is a nerve that originates from the medial cord of the brachial plexus and continues down the arm to provide sensory innervation to the skin of the medial part of the arm.

It then pierces the deep fascia and is distributed to the skin of the back of the lower third of the arm, extending as far as the elbow, where some filaments are lost in the skin, and others are continued down to the skin of the medial side of the forearm.
