Tsingtao Brewery is a renowned brewery company based in Qingdao, China. It was established in 1903 by German settlers and is now one of the largest breweries in China. The company produces the popular Tsingtao Beer, which is sold in more than 90 countries worldwide.
History
Tsingtao Brewery was founded by the Anglo-German Brewery Co. Ltd., an English-German joint stock company based in Hong Kong who owned it until 1916. The brewery brought the western method of brewing beer to China and has since become a part of China's history and culture.
Products
The main product of Tsingtao Brewery is Tsingtao Beer. It is a well-known brand in China and is also widely exported to other countries. The beer is brewed with mineral water from Laoshan, a mountain area near Qingdao city, and high-quality hops and barley from both China and abroad.
