The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) is a public university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It was established in 2005 with the aim of providing quality education and promoting research in the field of health sciences. History

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences was established under the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Act, 2005. The Act was passed by the Rajasthan State Legislature and received the assent of the Governor of Rajasthan on 25th February 2005. The university was set up to fulfill the growing demand for healthcare professionals in the state and to improve the overall healthcare system.
