History

Ultima Foods was established in 1993 as a joint venture between Agropur and Agrifoods International Cooperative Ltd., two of Canada's largest dairy cooperatives. In 2012, Ultima Foods launched the Iögo brand, which quickly became a significant player in the Canadian yogurt market.

In 2017, Agropur acquired full ownership of Ultima Foods, consolidating its position in the dairy industry. This acquisition allowed Agropur to streamline its operations and expand its product offerings under the Ultima Foods umbrella.
