Splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes is a rare type of lymphoma that involves mature B cells. Older names include lymphoma simulating hairy cell leukemia and lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma with circulating villous lymphocytes.<ref name="pmid11079033">,
