Richard Master (born January 1, 1950) is an American businessman and philanthropist, best known as the founder and CEO of MCS Industries, a leading supplier of picture frames, mirrors, and wall decor in North America. Master is also recognized for his advocacy in healthcare reform, particularly in promoting a single-payer healthcare system in the United States.

Richard Master was born in New York City, where he spent his early years. He attended Columbia University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In 1980, Richard Master founded MCS Industries, initially focusing on the production of picture frames.
