Menopause (journal) is a peer-reviewed medical journal that covers research in the field of menopause. It is published by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins and the editor-in-chief is Isaac Schiff (Massachusetts General Hospital). The journal is abstracted and indexed in Index Medicus/MEDLINE/PubMed.

The journal was established in 1994 and is the official journal of The North American Menopause Society. It publishes original research papers, review articles, and clinical practice guidelines related to menopause.
