It is themed around the popular Pixar film series Toy Story. The ride is designed to resemble a toy race track from the movie, with the coaster train representing a toy car being propelled along a U-shaped track.

RC Racer is manufactured by Intamin and is categorized as a Half Pipe Coaster. It features a large, U-shaped track with a height of 25 meters. Riders experience multiple forward and backward motions as they are propelled up each side of the track, simulating the feeling of being on a giant scalextric set. The ride does not feature any inversions, but the height and speed provide a thrilling experience, especially as the coaster reaches the top of the track and momentarily gives riders a feeling of weightlessness.
