National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS) is a part of the SingHealth group, which is the largest healthcare group in Singapore. NDCS is a leading dental care provider, offering a comprehensive range of dental services.
History[edit]
The National Dental Centre Singapore was established in 1997 to replace the former Dental Department of Singapore General Hospital. It was officially opened by then Minister for Health, Mr Lim Hng Kiang, on 10 March 1998.
Services[edit]
NDCS provides a comprehensive range of dental services, including Endodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Paediatric Dentistry, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and Special Care Dentistry. It also offers dental services for patients with special needs, such as those with medical, physical or intellectual disabilities.
Research and Education[edit]
NDCS is actively involved in research and education. It conducts research in various areas of dentistry and oral health, and provides training and education for dental professionals.
