History
Wired was founded by American journalists Louis Rossetto and Jane Metcalfe in 1993, with the help of Nicholas Negroponte and MIT Media Lab. Online presence
In addition to its monthly print magazine, Wired maintains a website that publishes a mix of original reporting and articles from the print magazine. The website also includes a blog network, video content, and a podcast.
