Kunming Medical University (KMU) is a medical school located in Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan Province, China. Established in 1933, it has evolved into a comprehensive medical university offering a wide range of programs in 13 schools and colleges.

Kunming Medical University was originally established as the Yunnan Provincial College of Medicine in 1933.
