Highlands Regional Medical Center (HRMC) is a for-profit hospital located in Sebring, Florida. It serves Highlands County and is owned by Highlands County and run by Health Management Associates (HMA), a health care company based in Naples, Florida. HRMC was opened in 1965 and has undergone several remodels and expansions since then.

In 1997, Walker Memorial Hospital, owned by Adventist Health System, was closed and replaced by a new hospital building named Florida Hospital Sebring, later renamed Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center (FHHMC). HRMC's services have grown at a slower rate compared to FHHMC.

HRMC offers a range of services including general patient wings, an emergency department, an intensive care unit, a maternity unit, and various outpatient services. It has also had a pediatrics unit in the past. Outside of the main building, HRMC operates Highlands Medical Group, which has physician offices in various locations, including Lake Placid, Florida. The hospital also has a rehabilitation clinic and a wound center located nearby.

Patient ratings of HRMC are limited and difficult to compare due to the lack of criteria. However, the Health Grades website provides objective ratings based on twelve patient safety indicators, with HRMC receiving one worse, nine average, and two better indicators.
