APMIS or Acta Pathologica, Microbiologica, et Immunologica Scandinavica is a monthly peer-reviewed medical journal that covers research in the fields of pathology, microbiology, and immunology. The journal was established in 1924 and is published by Wiley-Blackwell on behalf of the Scandinavian Societies for Medical Microbiology and Pathology.

The journal was established in 1924 as Acta Pathologica et Microbiologica Scandinavica. It obtained its current name in 1988, reflecting the inclusion of immunology in its scope.
