Sweet breads are a type of bread that are typically higher in sugar and often contain fruits, nuts, spices, and other sweet ingredients. They are popular in many cultures around the world and are often served as a dessert or breakfast item.
Types of Sweet Breads[edit]
Brioche is a French bread that is rich and sweet. It is made with a high proportion of eggs and butter, which gives it a tender, rich crumb and a golden color.
Challah is a Jewish bread that is often sweetened with honey. It is traditionally braided and is served on the Sabbath and Jewish holidays.
