The Ledbury

The Ledbury is a two Michelin star restaurant located in Notting Hill, London. It is renowned for its innovative and sophisticated cuisine, and is considered one of the best restaurants in the world.

History

The Ledbury was opened in 2005 by Australian chef Brett Graham. Graham had previously worked at the acclaimed restaurant, The Square, where he won the Young Chef of the Year award. The Ledbury quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional food and service, and was awarded its first Michelin star in 2006. It received its second Michelin star in 2010.

Cuisine

The cuisine at The Ledbury is modern European with an emphasis on British ingredients. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons and the availability of local produce.
