Alezzandrini syndrome is a very rare syndrome characterized by a unilateral degenerative retinitis, followed after several months by ipsilateral vitiligo on the face and ipsilateral poliosis.<ref name="Andrews">James, William; Berger, Timothy; Elston, Dirk (2005).
