Sinalco is a popular brand of non-alcoholic beverages that originated in Germany. The brand is owned by the Sinalco International Brands GmbH & Co. KG, a company that has been in operation since 1905. The name "Sinalco" is derived from the Latin phrase sine alcohole, which means "without alcohol".
History[edit]
The Sinalco brand was established in 1905 by Friedrich Eduard Bilz, a German inventor and naturopath. Bilz wanted to create a non-alcoholic beverage that could serve as an alternative to alcoholic drinks. He partnered with a local businessman, Wilhelm Siemons, and together they developed the first Sinalco beverage, a carbonated lemonade.
In 1924, Sinalco introduced the first orange-flavored soft drink in Germany, which quickly became popular. Over the years, the company expanded its product range to include other flavors such as cola, apple, and grapefruit.
Products[edit]
Sinalco produces a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, including:
- Sinalco Cola: A cola-flavored soft drink that is one of the brand's most popular products.
- Sinalco Orange: An orange-flavored soft drink.
- Sinalco Lemon: A lemon-flavored soft drink.
- Sinalco Special: A unique blend of exotic fruits, including pineapple and passion fruit.
Global Presence[edit]
Today, Sinalco is available in over 50 countries worldwide. The brand is particularly popular in Europe, but it also has a significant presence in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
