Milo Dinosaur[edit]

Milo Dinosaur is a popular beverage in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore. It is made from Milo, a chocolate and malt powder, mixed with hot water and sugar, topped with a heap of undissolved Milo powder.

Ingredients[edit]

The main ingredient of a Milo Dinosaur is Milo, a chocolate and malt powder produced by Nestle. Other ingredients include hot water and sugar. Some variations of the drink may also include condensed milk or evaporated milk for added creaminess.

Preparation[edit]

To prepare a Milo Dinosaur, Milo powder is first mixed with hot water and sugar in a glass. The mixture is stirred until the Milo and sugar are fully dissolved. Then, a generous amount of undissolved Milo powder is added on top of the drink. The undissolved Milo powder gives the drink its distinctive "dinosaur" texture.

Variations[edit]

There are several variations of the Milo Dinosaur. The Milo Godzilla, for example, is a version of the Milo Dinosaur with a scoop of ice cream added on top. Another variation is the Milo Dinosaur with Condensed Milk, where condensed milk is used instead of sugar to sweeten the drink.

Popularity[edit]

The Milo Dinosaur is a popular drink in Malaysia and Singapore, often served in hawker centres and food courts. It is especially popular among children and teenagers due to its sweet taste and fun presentation.
