Stella D'oro is an American brand of cookies and breadsticks owned by Lance Inc.. The company was originally established in 1930 by Joseph Kresivich, an Italian immigrant. The name "Stella D'oro" means "Star of Gold" in Italian.

In 2006, the brand was sold to Brynwood Partners, a private equity firm. In 2009, the company was sold again to Lance Inc., a snack food company.
