Hot sauces are condiments made primarily from hot chili peppers and other ingredients. They are used to add spice and flavor to various dishes. This is a list of notable hot sauces, sorted by their place of origin.

United States[edit]
- Tabasco sauce - A brand of hot sauce made from tabasco peppers, vinegar, and salt. It is produced by McIlhenny Company.
- Frank's RedHot - A hot sauce made from a variety of cayenne peppers, produced by Reckitt Benckiser.
- Sriracha sauce (Huy Fong Foods) - A type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt.

- Cholula Hot Sauce - A brand of chili-based hot sauce, manufactured in Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico, and licensed by José Cuervo.
- Valentina (hot sauce) - A brand of pourable hot sauce manufactured by Salsa Tamazula, a company in Guadalajara, Mexico.
