Jiffy Mix is a brand of baking mixes marketed by the Chelsea Milling Company. The company was established in 1901, as a traditional flour mill. By 1930 they had developed a prepared baking mix, and Jiffy Mix was introduced to the public.

History[edit]

The Chelsea Milling Company was established in 1901 by Harmon H. Holmes. In the early years, the company was a traditional flour mill. The mix was a success and the company began to focus on prepared baking mixes.
