Ivar's is a popular seafood restaurant chain based in Seattle, Washington. The chain was founded by Ivar Haglund, a folk singer and restaurateur, in 1938. Ivar's has become a landmark in the Pacific Northwest, known for its fish and chips and clam chowder.
