Sotorasib - (pronounced) (SOH-toh-RA-sib) A drug used to treat adults with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread and has a specific mutation (change) in the KRAS gene. It is used in patients who have already received at least one other systemic therapy. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Sotorasib blocks a protein (KRAS p.
