Orantinib - (pronounced) (oh-RAN-tih-nib) A substance being studied to treat cancer. Orantinib blocks proteins involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells. It can also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. It is a type of tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a type of anti-angiogenesis agent. Also called SU006668 and SU6668
