Jenny Craig

Jenny Craig (pronounced: /ˈdʒɛni kreɪɡ/) is a weight management program that combines individual weight management counseling with a menu of frozen meals and other foods, which are distributed through its centers or shipped directly to clients. The program was created in 1983 by Jenny Craig and her husband, Sidney Craig.

Etymology

The program is named after its founder, Jenny Craig, a weight loss guru who established the program with her husband Sidney Craig in Melbourne, Australia.
