HOSxP

HOSxP (/ˈhɒsɪp/), is a comprehensive Hospital Information System (HIS) that is widely used in many hospitals, particularly in Thailand. It is an open-source software developed by the Thailand Ministry of Public Health.

Etymology

The term "HOSxP" is an abbreviation, where "HOS" stands for "Hospital" and "xP" stands for "Cross Platform". This signifies that the software can be used across various computing platforms.

Function

HOSxP provides a wide range of functions that are essential for hospital management. These include patient registration, medical records, pharmacy management, laboratory information system, radiology information system, nursing care, financial management, and human resources management.
