Deutsch: Frischer Infarkt im Stromgebiet der Arteria cerebri media mit sehr deutlichem "dens media sign" (allgemeiner "dens artery sign") oder deutsch "Dichte-Media-Zeichen", linkes Bild. Rechts der sich nach ca. 7 Stunden schon deutlich demarkierende Infarkt.
English: :Left image: Fresh infarct in the vascular supply area of the left middle cerebral artery. Although the infarct area is not obvious on CT brain, the "dense artery sign" can be seen in the left middle cerebral artery. Right image: After 7 hours, the hypodense infarct area is now more obvious. |
