A Data Clarification Form (pronunciation: /ˈdeɪ.tə ˌklær.ɪ.fɪˈkeɪ.ʃən fɔːrm/), often abbreviated as DCF, is a document used in Clinical Research to resolve discrepancies or queries that arise during data processing.
