Cosmetic Surgery

Cosmetic Surgery (pronunciation: /kɒzmɛtɪk ˈsɜːrdʒəri/) is a type of Plastic Surgery that aims to improve a person's appearance, but it should be approached with caution.

Etymology

The term "Cosmetic Surgery" comes from the Greek word "kosmetikos", meaning "skilled in adornment or arrangement", and the Latin word "chirurgia", meaning "hand work".
